Wild Land

We hunt on 2500ha, in the south eastern corner of Mpumalanga Province. The terrain varies from planes to steep terrain, grasslands to wooded areas, river banks to mountains. It is a high rainfall region, most of it fall from November to March. The winter is dry, with mostly clear skies from May to September.

Classic en-suite Rondawels

Pypklip camp is situated on the side of the mountain, with a great view to enjoy. It started in the 1950’s as a private camp and is now the base for River Valley Safari’s. The camp accommodates only one private group, having 3 on suite rondavels, sleeping 2 each. It is a basic but comfortable place to relax and refresh at the end of the day.

Walk- Stalk- Earn it

Hunting varies, depending on the species you are tracking. We walk and stalk, with shots anywhere between 60m and 300m. To find the right animals, it is essential to take your time in the bush, which is in essence what hunting is about.
